For more than two years, Wave has partnered with Walmart and Sam’s Club on a number of innovation-focused research initiatives. Our work has focused on both the consumer and employee experience, ranging from large-scale generative research to more tactical, evaluative work. For one of our most complex projects, Wave lead the research to design an “emergency response app” that is helping more than 50,000 employees respond quicker and coordinate more effectively in the midst of an emergency.
